This lawsuit will also set the precedent for the types of cryptocurrencies that can become regulatory compliant in the future.

Tether is a ticking time bomb because this stable coin is issued in a country outside of the United states. It is inconceivable to me they are issuing a stablecoin that a company incorporated outside of the United states could just claim that they are issuing a stable coin that is backed 1:1 with the US dollar. The fraud that is Tether will soon implode, taking the entire crypto space with it.
